Okay, but had some hiccups

First time using Zadeyo and it was a mixed bag honestly. The product worked eventually but setup was a bit confusing and I had to open a ticket. Support was friendly enough but not super fast. Not bad but not exactly smooth either.

Product works fine once you get it going. The setup process is a bit of a pain and the instructions could be clearer. Support helped when I asked but the whole thing took longer than I expected. Nothing to rave about but it does the job.

Product itself is solid. Not having any major issues but when I did reach out for help it took a good few hours to hear back. @aris helped me out in the end, just wish it was faster. 3 stars for now, could easily be 4 if they improve response times.

Some days support is fast and helpful, other days you wait hours and get a one-line reply that doesn't solve anything. The products themselves are okay but the inconsistency in support quality lets it down. Needs improvement.

Honestly not what I expected. Bought a product and had an issue from day one. Submitted a ticket and it took ages to get a response. When I finally did get one it didn't even fix my problem. Feel like I wasted my money, wouldn't buy again unless things improve.

Service was pretty bad tbh. Product didn't work at all when I got it and support took forever. @aris eventually helped but it took way too long and I had to chase multiple times. For the price I expected a lot more. Would not recommend to a friend right now.
